Terms & Conditions - The Basics
1. General Information: By booking or staying at Twin Towers by D'Foy (referred to as "the Hotel"), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted on our website.
2. Reservations: All reservations must be confirmed with valid credit card details. Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise stated. Special rates, packages, and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Check-in & Check-out:

Check-out time: 12:00 PM Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur the full cost of the reservation. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Guest Responsibilities: Guests must present valid identification upon check-in. Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
6. Hotel Services & Amenities: Use of hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi, dining, and spa services, is subject to availability. Extra charges may apply for certain amenities. The hotel reserves the right to alter or withdraw services without notice.
7. Force Majeure: The Hotel is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.
8. Liability: The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Safes are provided in rooms for valuable items.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kashmir. Any disputes arising from your stay at the Hotel shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the local courts.
